History in Brief;

1989 - Financial Leasing started within the organization of Tekfen Finance and Investment Bank.

2001 - After the acquisition of Bank Ekspres A.Þ. from the Saving Deposits Insurance Fund (TMSF), the name of the company was changed to "Tekfen Finansal Kiralama A.Þ."

2007 - 70% of the capital stock of Tekfenbank A.Þ., the main stockholder of Tekfen Finansal Kiralama A.Þ., was acquired by Tekfen Holding to EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. and the name of the Bank was changed to Eurobank Tekfen A.Þ.

2008 - In parallel with the change of the name of the main stockholder, the name of the company has been changed to EFG Finansal Kiralama A.Þ.
